Have you misplaced or damaged your insurance ID card?  It's okay.  It happens to everyone.  If so, please just fill in your information to request additional ID card(s) for you and/or your family members.  Once ordered AIA will email you a temporary ID card (if available) to use until the permanent ID card arrives in the mail.  Mailing typically takes 7-10 days.  If you have any questions, please contact AIA.
